Service Description

Buy 6 hour-long sessions that you can book in for any time or frequency that suits you. Book using our calendar at a time that works for you. The sessions are done online via Zoom, but if you prefer you can choose to have a phone call, or text chat instead. When buying 6 sessions, you get a discount of £10 each session and ensure therapist availability for the times that you prefer.
