Your first session with me is an oppurtunity for us to get to know each other and undestand the problem that you'd like to work on. This professional mental health assessment can be over the phone, video call or via messaging.  In that session we will have a chat and figure out the problems that you are experiencing, and find a path forward that you are happy with. Book your sessions

Book in your sessions at a time and frequency to suit your needs.  Normally we will start with weekly video sessions that are an hour long - but it's up to you! Find out more about the different packages here.  You can book these on our bookings page, or in our initial consultation.
