A Cup of Therapy - life is hard sometimes. So grab a cup of tea and join a supportive group where we will chat about thepath to mental wellbeing and all of the ups and downs along the way

Mindful Mingle - positive discussions, lovely people, and a pinch of mindfulness relaxation.
